Frozen vegetables from polish fields

Masfrost – Market Leader
MASFROST is a producer of high-quality frozen vegetables and vegetable mixes. Our flagship products include frozen green peas, sweetcorn kernels, cut beans, and root vegetables. Our production plant in Ziębice is located about 60 km from Wrocław, 20 km from the Czech border, and approximately 200 km from the German border. This location has a long-standing tradition of vegetable production—the factory dates back to 1886. As such, we are one of the oldest, if not the oldest, fruit and vegetable processing plants in Poland.
According to historical records, the first canned food in Europe was produced here. Over the years, the plant has undergone extensive modernization and investment processes, allowing us to significantly expand the factory’s processing capacity while ensuring production safety. We have complete production lines for peas, beans, corn, and root vegetables, as well as packaging lines for both bulk and retail formats, equipped with next-generation machinery that guarantees high quality and product safety.

Wide Selection
of Products
Our assortment includes the most popular frozen vegetables, such as peas, corn, and beans, as well as a variety of vegetable mixes, ranging from simple two-ingredient blends to more complex multi-ingredient combinations. We can create custom mixes upon client request, available under our brand VEGGERS and packaging or the client's private label.
Quality
at Every Stage
Throughout the entire production process—from sourcing raw materials to distributing finished products—product safety is our top priority. We adhere to BRC and IFS quality standards. All systems implemented within the company are certified annually by TÜV Rheinland.

Cooperation
with Suppliers
The vegetables in our offer come from contracted farms, carefully selected suppliers with whom we have long-term agreements.
To ensure high and consistent raw material quality, farmers must comply with strict requirements regarding the purchase of seeds provided by us, sowing and harvesting plans, as well as agreements on the selection and quantity of plant protection products and fertilizers used.
Strategic Location
One of our key strengths is the location of our facility in the agricultural regions of southern Poland, which provides several advantages:
- A unique microclimate in the region, extending the harvest period for our key products such as peas, corn, and beans compared to other areas of Poland, thanks to its location in the Kłodzko Valley.
- Predominantly agricultural land with high-quality soil.
- A long-standing tradition, knowledge, and expertise in vegetable cultivation.
- The presence of large farms, covering areas ranging from 1,500 to 4,500 hectares.
- Growers equipped with the latest agrotechnical equipment.
